Traditional canoe (Pirogue)

Departure at the reception desk at 7:30AM , return around 3:30PM or 11:30AM (for 1/2 day option).

After the traditional sailing canoe trip we will have a walk trough the forest and access to the famous natural swimming pool (45 min easy walk), then several options are possible:

• If you would like picnic on the sight then you can order sandwiches from the guesthouse a day before
• "Chez Régis" to eat a bougna (traditional local dish)
• "Le Kou-Gny" to eat sea food
• "Le Méridien" for buffer and a la carte menu

Boat trip

Kaa Nautic - îlot Brosse et Nokanhui

Kaa Nautic is specialised in boat trip. The boat operates 7 days a week and has a capacity of 10 people.

Albert, the capitain, will bring you to paradise spots such as Nokanhui atoll and Ilot Brosses. For lunch 2 options are available: bring your own picnic (sandwich can be ordered from the guesthouse a day before) or lobster and lagoon fish prepared and served by Albert.

Kunie Reef - only Atoll de Nokanhui

Boat trip to Nokanhui atoll.

KUNIÉ REEF offer a boat trip to ilot Koteumeureu (right hand side photo) and ilot Nu-Ami to discover the lagon's faun and flora.
Depature at 9.30am from Saint Joseph bay (free shuttle can be booked a day before from the guesthouse reception). Your will , depending on the condition, encouter sea turtles, rays and dolphins . On the ilot you will be able to savour a grill fish or lobster or bring your own picnic. Return to the guesthouse by 3.30pm

Prices:

• Without lunch :
  • Adult 6300, kids 3150 (under 12 yo)
• With lunch- fish:
  • Adult 8400, kids 4200 (under 12 yo)
• With lunch fish and lobster:
  • Adult 9500, kids 4750 (under 12 yo)

Fishing trip

KUNIÉ REEF team also offer fishing trip for 1 or several days.
The guides and instructors have followed trainings to professional instruction and safety and will help you to catch Giant Trevallys, Dogtooth Tunas, Loaches or Tazars.

Prices:

• Full day fishing: 71000
• Half day fishing: 50000
  

These prices include the use of the boat with skipper/guide and fishing equipment.

Horse Riding

Departing from the Crabs Bay (Baies des Crabes) for forest and sea front horse riding.
Lionel has 4 horses for 1 hour horse riding.
Booking must be made the day before from the reception or directly by calling Fidélie on +(687) 90 97 33 (in french).

Kunie Scuba Center

A professional and multilingual team will welcome you, to share their experience of the dive sites around the Isle of Pines and their passion for the underwater world, always with safety as their first priority.

Whether you are beginner or advance scuba divers, Kunie Scuba Center will make you discover the splendour of the sea coral - tropical fishes, turtles, caves and reef.

For more information about tourist activities available on the island: Isle of Pines as an Information point (point i) located in the center of Vao village, 50 metres in front of the church.
Marie-Jeanne will welcome you everyday except on saturday afternoon and sunday.
